In addition to ongoing programs, each year we lead a small number of standalone research projects. These are typically complex studies that require multiple rounds of qualitative research and/or a mix of methods. Our toolkit includes UX research (usability testing, content testing, card sorts) and discovery research (user interviews, personas, journey maps, concept/MVP testing).
Pricing for ongoing programs starts at $300,000 per year or $25,000 per month.
Pricing for one-time projects starts at $75,000. Many projects fall between $75k and $150k. Pricing factors include project complexity, sample size, recruiting difficulty, number of methods, number of rounds, and deliverable requirements.
